HANS MIZE CEO & Founder
The vision at Data41 has always been to create a company built upon a strong culture; one that values each individual and enables the realization of their full personal and professional potential. As the Founder and CEO of Data41, Hans has pursued this vision as the bedrock of serving our clients and building healthy, sustainable relationships. Hans’ strong relationship development talents led him into client facing management roles where he spent the majority of his career in Analytics, ERP, and Supply Chain Management solutions. This body of experience was the catalyst for founding Data41. Hans holds a Business Administration degree in Management Information Systems from the Price School of Business at the University of Oklahoma (Norman, OK). (Yes, he is a diehard Sooner!)
DOUG LINHARDT Head of Professional Services
As the Services & Solution Director, Doug has a valuable combination of business experience, technical expertise and team management skills. Having held senior project management roles with successful deployments of enterprise class Analytics projects, Doug has a unique understanding of the critical components which make these projects successful. Doug is a PMI-certified Project Management Professional (PMP) with over 17 years of experience working in the areas of Analytics, Business Intelligence, Data Warehousing and Performance Management. He has worked with hundreds of clients implementing Analytics, Business Intelligence, operating in roles such as strategic planning, project management, solution architecture, business analysis, hands-on development and user training. Doug holds a Master of Science in Finance and a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting from University of Denver.
ADAM STEIN Head of Sales
Adam is the driving force behind new client acquisitions and strategic account management. He thrives in helping organizations address their data problem and apply the right technological solution to increase revenue and reduce costs. Adam focuses on helping clients successfully address their Business Analytics and Information Management requirements; from their Source systems to the way they Visualize Data. As a seasoned senior executive with more than 15 years experience in enterprise class Business Analytics sales and operations, he is responsible for strengthening client relationships. Adam attended Georgia State University where he received a Bachelor of Science in Business and Marketing.
TERRY ONUMA Finance & Accounting Leadership
Terry is a senior Finance and Accounting executive with strategic planning and management skills combined with experience in corporate finance, M&A, acquisition integration, management reporting, financial operations. She is responsible for overseeing all of Data41’s accounting and finance functions. Prior to joining Data41, Terry worked in Finance for companies like KPMG, Disney, Allergan and AMO. Terry attended Claremont McKenna College where she received a Bachelor of Arts in Economics. She is also a Certified Public Accountant.
