1. When you see the emoticon buttons (pictured on the right) at the bottom of an email or a ticket, please click on the face that best reflects your experience working with us.

2. After clicking an emoticon button, you’ll be directed to a form that asks you to expand on your answer (whether brief or elaborate, we appreciate your time).

3. Fill out the form and click submit!
